The Circle’s mission is:
"To give aid and encouragement in promoting the education and well-being of at-risk children in the state of Georgia."
The Circle for Children has given aid and encouragement to disadvantaged children in Georgia for almost 100 years. We are a 100% volunteer organization with a rich tradition of giving. Your support changes the future for many youth-serving organizations.
Membership
The Circle connotes many images—never-ending, never broken. There are Circles of Life, Circles of Love, Circles of Friendship, Circles of Influence, and Circles of Protection. We are all of these. Not only do we perform activities for the charity, but we get to know each other and to connect as long-lasting friends.

Upcoming Events
CalendarThere are women who have been in the Circle more than 40 years now. There are also women who have just joined and are already making life-long friends. Together this group of women are a force of creativity, love, compassion, energy and support. The love of children and the hope that children all over Georgia can live a life free from violence, hunger, fear, intimidation, loneliness and lack of love and caring is what makes our Circle strong and successful. Newsletters
Our roots go back to Tallulah Falls School when we were formed in 1927 as the Young Matrons Circle for Tallulah Falls School to help needy mountain children with their education. We are still meeting the needs of Georgia’s children, currently at City of Refuge. We also still help disadvantaged children with college and technical school scholarships. Follow this link to find out more about us through our newsletters.
